Take A Look at the Very Little Things

Look up,

so you can see the stars,

the dream is shiny

and the way is long;

Look down,

so you can feel the pain,

the gravity is heavy

and the truth is deep -

Look up and down,

so you know where you are,

struggling in between,

floating powerlessly,

but yet,

the choice is in you,

the faith is in you;

it all starts from you,

and it all ends by you,

so stay true to you,

when it seems to fall apart.

Remember how far you’ve come

when you’re tired inside,

remember how far you need to go

when you’re tired outside.

You will realize your existence

when you know what you are here for.

some may go exploring,

some may lose their stars,

some get distracted,

some stay to carry on;

when it hurts deeper,

they grow stronger,

when it seems darker,

they believe harder,

when it becomes tougher,

they hold on tighter...

people tend to forget the little things,

but they can’t;

people tend to forgive the little things,

but they doubt;

it’s tendency, discrepancy, sensitivity.

They’ll all become visible,

when you start to care about

the very little things.
